One of the most exciting shows I’ve been part of, Lightsense, an exhibition of light, art, and technology, curated by Sergio Gomez, opened last Friday at the Zhou Brothers Art Center. Here are photos of my installation, a Shadow Matrix called ‘I’ll Tell You Tomorrow.’ Shadow Matrixes are enormous shadows and their much smaller aluminum mesh sculptures, lit with white LED lights woven into the sculptures themselves. Color is paint applied to the wall where the shadow falls.
